Title: Openreach DLM Reset Request for FTTC & G.fast

Wow, it will better for everyones who been stuck banded on the line will be able to get ISP to request DLM Reset but I think Openreach will put price soon to charge the customer if they wish to do DLM Reset. Hopefully they have option to turn off DLM permanent

Not sure what this actually means as CP's already were able to request reset's, but if it means its now going to have a price attached, then I expect CP's to stonewall requests claiming they have no power to do it, as they mostly want to pay openreach as little as possible.
