Morning all.
Curious if anyone on here has ever had a multicore renewal? Or are there any ex engineers who know how one is performed?
Long story short myself and others on the same run have dealt with underperforming broadband for 6 months. An openreach engineer concluded that the UG cable was in bad shape back in August. Engineers fed new cabling in over 4 days last week but we're back to no activity. What are the next steps and when should we expect to see them complete the job?
