I thought you gave up on G.fast because you didn't need the speed and needed the money for better things?

Max cancel it now!!  Before it gets installed.
You cant afford it and you don't need it.

You can't keep doing this, youve had goodness knows how many VM orders and you yourself admitted last time you got g.fast.
It's not fair on the ISPs when they end up out of pocket every time because you change your mind and its too expensive.

I have contract green isp to downgrade to 160/30 but they say no. Must wait until my 12 months contract has expired then can downgraded to 160/30 for my G.fast to save extra money. I think 217Meg down with 50Meg isn't worth the money but 160/30 will do. I do regret shouldn't have ordered 330/50 in the first place cos it won't let me downgrade to 160/30.

Max, please go back and re-read the thread in January,  you weren't happy last time you got g.fast.  It made you feel worse not better.   :'(

The order has been cancel by the ISP IDNet don't want any business with me anymore. Told me not to bother order any product with them. Last time I use IDNet back in 2006. They must have been spying on me!

Oh well I have to stay with FTTC 80/20 but I am very lucky indeed as PN offer me 2 years fixed price for FTTC 80/20 less than £9 a month for unlimited fibre extra with line only. (not bother with LRS) as these are included all my referral scheme discounts.  ;D

wow :o
perhaps for the best though max - just keep reminding yourself that you weren't happy when you had it last time and wanted to cancel it.

you are not missing out on anything as your current connection really does do all you need for your individual purpose.   if you are honest with yourself the only real advantage would be speed bragging rights..  and even then there will always be someone with a faster connection.
