Title: High Packet Loss on Virgin Media

My sister has been getting massive problems on her VM lately, she is working from home and its affecting her a lot, but interestingly all of the other managers on VM have been reporting the same issues, so it looks like something is currently broken with VM in Leicester, whether its congestion or something else no idea though.  Her streaming services have buffer issues still like they have done for several months.

She had to switch to a mobile dongle to fix the work stuff.

Just noticed this isnt a generic VM thread, but ronski's pfsense thread, so if this is an issue Ronski, I am happy for a mod to move this post.

VM's had a lot of problems lately, we had multiple LOS on the hour every hour one night a few weeks ago, and a few outages more recently.
