Hello!
I would appreciate some feedback on my current setup, prior to improving it.
I have been with BT since 2012
But am looking to move away
To get a better deal and customer experience with another ISP, perhaps Zen.
My line stats have been gradually dropping by a few Mbps over the years.
From what I've read,
I presume this is due to increased uptake of FTTC leading to crosstalk.
Does anything in the stats stand out?
Current hardware:
HG612 unlocked
software version V100R001C01B030SP08 A2pv6C038m.d24j
(swapped out the ECI device that BT installed)
I may have disabled the BTAgent but cannot remember, how can I check?
BT Home Hub 4 (Type A)
Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.130.1.32.1.3 Last updated 10/08/18
It's not their latest device,:is there a newer software version? Or blocked BTAgent/TR069 not updating it?

And finally, a thinkbroadband speed test,
This one was over wifi to laptop, so not that accurate.
2.4GHz wifi is congested due to neighbours, 5GHz less crowded but lower signal strength.

2.4GHz wifi is congested due to neighbours, 5GHz less crowded but lower signal strength.
Its worth noting, 5Ghz by its nature is always a lower signal strength but usually a much higher link rate so generally faster.
