Title: No DLM Action

A month ago Plusnet staff has request my line profile changged from standard to speed profile. There seem very high ES and SES over 31 days but I was surprise no DLM act yet.

Not sure if this is high at all to be honest. I got daily between 100-150 ES on downstream, on upstream even more(up to 200 ES/day) and DLM don't take any action.

To get an indication of the BTw ILQ status of your line with respect to daily errors, use the kitz on line calculator.

Enter the daily (24 hrs.) DS or US error rate. (available from DSLStats)
Figures may be out of date now but at least will show a comparative indication of the 3 profiles and their relative likelihood of triggering DLM action.
