A month ago Plusnet staff has request my line profile changged from standard to speed profile. There seem very high ES and SES over 31 days but I was surprise no DLM act yet.

Not sure if this is high at all to be honest. I got daily between 100-150 ES on downstream, on upstream even more(up to 200 ES/day) and DLM don't take any action.

Figures may be out of date now but at least will show a comparative indication of the 3 profiles and their relative likelihood of triggering DLM action.
