Title: Kaspersky Updates

Hi All,
Hope you all are well and free of the Corona virus. I'm now recovered from a bad dose of the 'flu which had me concerned for a while.

Anyway my problem is I keep getting an update from Kaspersky but when I try to download it a message pops up saying 'I need to close running applications, as I can't see any I'm stumped and confused.
I've attached screen shots of messages.

Make sure there are no other users logged in, and then try that.

Hi Ronski, thanks for reply, I am the only user on this pc, only me and wife in the house, wife has own laptop.

Have you tried doing the update in safe mode with networking (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/how-to-start-windows-10-in-safe-mode-with-networking/)?
