I've just noticed these on the PC Pro Shop, Windows 10 Professional (https://store.pcpro.co.uk/p36876-windows_10_professional) for £40 and Windows 10 Home (https://store.pcpro.co.uk/p36884-windows_10_home) for £30, bargain prices if you don't have an old W7 or W8 licence to use. There's also other software at pretty good prices.
For those that don't know PC Pro is a computer magazine, I've had a monthly subscription for around 23 years.

Interesting, and PCPro is a well established publication, yet many cheap MS offers elsewhere turn out illegal.
I'd hope that the magazine had done its homework and is able to give a confident guaranty to buyers.

That's certainly a good deal.
As mentioned by Ronski, if you have a Win 7 or 8 license available the free upgrade path still works in a lot of cases (despite officially closing about 3.5 years ago).

+1
Little over a year ago I used a valid win 7 licence to activate a new win 10 pro install.
