Title: Céilidh and good wishes for the new year

Janet survived two céilidhean last night (no drinking, just the one dram). More great festivities. Neighbour drove around to another neighbour who has a steep curving drive. Got there and then found that the car would not come out of reverse gear, and was blocking the drive so no one else could get out. Backed all the way back to where he/she had come from, down the drive in the darkness then up the public road still backwards, all using man with red flag.
