Title: Time of modifications to posts.

I just made a modification to an existing post and saved it. The time was 09:00 UTC and the post is shown on the site as modified at 08:00 for some reason. Anyone have any clues?

My iPad is set to UTC, not BST, but then there’s no summer time / daylight saving in force at the moment so I can’t see any mechanism by which that should make a difference.

What do you have the time offset set at in the Look and Layout section of your profile?

Using a paw of "access-all", I have adjusted the setting in Weaver's profile ("Look and Layout") from "-1" to  "0 (auto detect)".

All should now be correct.  :)

Sorry, I have no way of knowing. Could Pangur Bàn or Tom have been responsible?  :shrug2:

I seem to recall a conversation a while ago about you using UTC for something or other? 

By default the forum uses GMT, as the software is set to London time and it should automatically change to BST when appropriate.
