Title: Merry Xmas

At Christmas there’s a lot of pressure to be perfect and have it all. We see commercials showing happy families in matching pyjamas. Nobody is having a drunken row, struggling with life or feeling lonely in these commercials. The Samaritans have a free number - 116 123 (UK) which doesn't show up on phone bills. A simple copy and paste might save someone's life. Would 3 of my kitz forum friends please copy this post? Thank you. Remember it's ok not to be ok.

Thank you Max.    Hope everything is ok with you.    Christmas is a stressful time for everyone and I'm sure the vast majority of people will be trying to cope with something or other.

Thanks everyone. This year's are very first xmas without my beloved nan who has passed away earlier this year, she are my fave nan as she is 94. Will badly missed her so much.
