Hi, in my area there are lots of poles being replaced and ducts are being cleaned. I noticed this pole nearby has a new black connector with 2 cables. I guess this is Fibre?

Could be a script blocking them or Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware blocking the address. The links are as below:

Do those cables (or, possibly, tubes) have a yellow stripe running along their length? I've tried, as best I can, with those images at maximum zoom but the details are just not clear enough . . .
So my answer is "yes" if you can see a yellow stripe or "no", otherwise.

I don't think they do but what else could the cables be for? I will have a closer look tomorrow
