Title: Unable to register with community.bt.com

I am trying to register for the above forum in order to ask questions about my BT Whole Home WiFi equipment but have been unable to get it to send the confirmation email to my server. I've tried two different email addresses and checked my spam controls but nothing seems to show up. Wondering if anyone else here uses this and has successfully registered?

Been playing a bit more with this and it seems that the emails were rejected as spam. So I whitelisted the email address and now it has been bounced even though it is whitelisted. Why would that happen?

Just been digging in the logs and found the email address for bt community is probably on a block list somewhere as it shows as sender not verified!
