I've recently noticed that my PlusNet line would not download any faster than 20Mbps while the line was in sync at 40Mbps. I reported it and was told the profile was stuck but has now been fixed.
Single connection downloads are still stuck at 20Mbps but a multi connection reaches 35Mbps now. Is this just PlusNet "traffic management" or has something been missed in the fix?

That’s me complaining :). I think it’s been restricted all year - although I only run a speed test when I change something which could affect it, so who knows.

'Traffic prioritisation isn't applied to Unlimited, Unlimited Fibre, Unlimited Fibre Extra, Business Unlimited or Business Unlimited Fibre.'

For those in the same position. PlusNet reset their profile then a full resync restored multithreaded speeds (single threaded remained at exactly the same restricted speed). A further resync, in my case 24 hours later, and everything is running at full speed.
