Post by: JordanBlack68 on June 23, 2019, 10:07:39 AM
Hi,

I switched from BT to Plusnet and the sync went down quite a bit, any idea?

Changing providers causes a DLM reset, so no G.inp and 6dB SNR target.

You can see in your BT data that you had an SNR of 4, in the PN data it's 6.

It will take sometime, but you will most likely get the speed back in stages, could be days, could be weeks or sometimes longer.

Yeah thought that, happy with the speed though, always had lag on BT and its solved on Plusnet.

Sync is back to normal, 79999/19999 and no lagging as well!

Hopefully no gremlins will decide to meddle with your circuit.  ;)
