Title: Do VM now suspend sales in over subscribed areas?

Found this interesting post

Do VM now suspend sales when an area is recognised as needing an upgrade to capacity?

Also reading that they seem to delay new speed rollouts to these areas as well?  If all this is true I am amazed, as in in the past they didnt care and just kept on selling and rolling out higher speeds in congested areas.

Yes I believe they do, it happened after they were featured on BBC Watchdog.
