Title: ‘Remedial cat’
Post by: Weaver on December 30, 2018, 04:29:05 PM
Janet has called Somhairle, not unkindly meant, ‘remedial cat’. He sometimes just starts peeing somewhere he shouldn’t. If he sees certain things he just pees on them, something that is square, a cardboard box, or some clothes on the floor then that attracts him. He recently hit a new low by peeing on the cushion or base of an armchair. We think that is because it was square. He often pees in the bath which is right next to his upstairs litter tray. A while ago he went outside, running around and playing in the dark with Pangur Bàn, then came in and immediately peed in a cardboard box.

If anyone has any advice or tips as to where to go for counsel regarding this problem behaviour then this would be much appreciated.

We think he is a bit dopey, I’m afraid. Not very bright at all.
