I fell asleep on Tuesday evening, slept all through Wednesday and all through Wednesday night and early morning until my wife finally managed to wake me up on Thursday morning, when she stuck a new fentanyl trans-dermal patch on my shoulder (pain relief). This came about ten hours late unfortunately. So being unable to wake up right through for some ~32 hours is perhaps a new record. Janet tells me she just could not wake me up on Wednesday evening to give me my usual drugs. Most unfortunately for me, that meant that I got into quite a bad state, in great discomfort even while unconscious, or semi-conscious at times.
A very good Xmas day, but the rest was pretty bad. All mended now anyway.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling too great, but glad you are at least a bit more with it now :(
