I cannot believe Plusnet ::) Last month they messed up my payment and to say sorry they paid this months bill , or so i thought ??? But there is £0.20 pence outstanding , i have now had my connection capped :-X ALL for 20p and their failed billing page wont even load :no:

Now i cant even get logged into member centre , The server at portal.plus.net is taking too long to respond :lol:

I joined about 6 weeks ago.
2 billing cycles and no issues.
portal loading fine here, can view all my bills.

10 years ago i joined plusnet , when it was good but has gradually gone down hill particularly on support :no: :no:

This is the problem if management starts viewing things such as customer service and support as ‘cost centres’, things that just eat money and do not earn anything. A steady campaign of skimping means a slow decline but they have saved a little money.
