Can anyone reach www.cieh.org ?

ping and tracert are both failing for me.

I've found out what happened - someone unplugged the internet gateway router!

Didn't think we needed to go through standard tech support question #32 with you - "is it plugged in?" heh :-X :P

I've now found out a little more. They had a contractor in last night doing some cable management work on the server cabinets. He unplugged the power to a router between the internet connection and the firewall. They are now trying to find out why it caused the routing to go in to a loop rather than just being dead where the router should have been.
