Here is a nice read for Monday morning  :) 
I liked this statement "As an industry we over-promise, we under-deliver, we spin and we downright lie. No wonder customers blame us for everything."

I read that as a list of problems with no proposed solutions.

At least they accept they have problems , thats a start  :angel:
