Does the address results say the same as the number results?
Occasionally number and address show different results. It's usually the number results that go widely inaccurate.

No address and number give the same results. This only change around 3-4 weeks ago.

There's a way to check your copper DP number on the OpenReach database.
http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/fibre/t/4597644-find-dp-number-via-openreach-checker.html
You could check you and your neighbours and check that you are marked as being on the correct DP.
The only consequence I can see from the error in estimates is any minimum guaranteed speed quote from ISP's would be higher, which isn't a bad thing ::)
-
Could he now argue his speed is below the handback etc?
-
Just checked all odd numbers on my side of the street are on same DP.

As i was a beta tester for BT testing BT plus i had to re-contract once the trial was finished as they were paying for everything while i was on the trial and under the old cabinet speed so handback threshold is 36MB not 46MB. This could potentially cause a headache for ISP as new customers/re-contracted will be below the new handback speed
