Title: FTTC on Sky Now TV Stream Quality Rate 4865

I have notice that Now TV are using 19Mbps on FTTC for stream quality 4865 (that's alot for 19Mbps taking off FTTC) does anyones notice this?

When Now TV switched off, FTTC throughput speed are 68Mbps but reduced to 49Mbps when Now TV Sky Atlantic is playback live at the stream rate of 4865
