Hi Everyone.
I've read through the forum and found that others here have the same issue as do when it come to the TR-069 menu. I can't see it listed, no matter what i try.
I've tried all suggested to resolve and then dropped a support to ticket to Zyxel. Their response is as follows:
it should not be removed, but sometimes if this is an ISP device it can be disabled by the ISP.
You can try to perform a factory reset on your device and see if this changes anything.
If not you can upload the firmware file again to your device via FTP, then your device will flash the firmware and recover.
So, following the advice above, how do i upload firmware onto the device using FTP? I've fired up filezilla, tried to copy the bin file over, but got and access denied error. I tried via the command line. FTP ->open 192.168.1.1 ->put c:/temp/file.bin but get the same denied error.
Any idea how i can upload firmware to the modem using FTP?
Any other suggestions?
Much appreciated for any help.

Have you attempted to login under the Supervisor account?

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply. Not tried the supervisor account. Didn't know one existed tbh. Just used Admin.
Is this a default account i can use? any particular login details i can try?
Thanks

Not a device I own and I'm sure it's slightly different from the b10A model I own but try this...
telnet in as admin and run the command
zycli save_default clean
and then excuse me while I search how to see the hashed supervisor password on your device.
try this command in the mean time
dumpmdm
though I have a feeling that might not work.
You may need to downgrade firmware too, though perhaps hold on that when I find the relevant thread (on my phone at present).

Thanks John,
I've run zycli save_default clean again. but dumpmdm does not work.
I will try and downgrade the firmware to a point where the default supervisor password works. Maybe i can get the TR69 functions unlocked then.
THanks
