The two donkeys have been doing their usual rough boys’ play and we think that is the cause of an injury to Georgie’s knee, seems inflamed around there. The farrier came to have a look at him yesterday and the hoof was checked out thoroughly. No need for vet, as it seems to be improving. At least he is resting it. But they do love wrestling all the time, and they often rear up at one another. Sometimes they could fall down with a lot of weight on one knee perhaps, or so Janet thinks.

Janet thanks you. She says he is definitely getting better, limping less. They play on the bank and she thinks he may have really wrenched it on landing during one of their rearing-up wrestling rough games. Janet thinks it will be very different in a few days.
