Title: Just had a free month and a half

Due to the slowdown on TTB Uno have credited me with a month and a half of subscription money which I think is not bad. Credit where credit due.

Not bad. Did you have to moan at all? I once moaned at a mobile provider because of a unannounced network issue that had been ocurring for many weeks. They gave me a free month - a saving of a whole £5! :cool: :lol:

I didn't even realise until I checked my speedtests and saw the thread on Kitz they just automatically credited my account which I think is really good service.

Indeed. It's good that some people mention when an ISP does something good. Most people only write to complain, which can drown out the good sometimes. :(
