Title: BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test has changed

Has anyone notice there is a big change in BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test because the download and upload test is now shortern time to run. But the download is not spot on & upload is very low at 1Mbps with higher ping. When click further Broadband Diagnostic Test it went to next page as TAP1 LOL. Lots of customers will complaints to ISP about incorrect download speed & very low upload speed with too high ping now.  ::) It's now working via firefox but still need download, upload and ping to be fixed by BT end.

Did not like me at all: latency 285 ms which is not very strange, and 6.8 / 0.8 Mbps throughout which is really slow. The test took absolutely ages and ages to run, and I nearly gave up on it because there were very long periods where it looked as if nothing was proceeding.

Further diagnostic test gave me this

It most certainly isn't 10Mb.

Looks like they broke mouselike lookups  :no:

The Tap1 test was not conclusive for your broadband connection. However if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider.
Unfortunately I get the error above  :-\
