Who can you complain to about network rearrangement, (need email)yet again the cable supplying me & others has been cut,by a contractor with a hedge trimmer, was without line nearly 8 hours, while OR engineer (brilliant, can't fault him) spliced in new sections.

There is a pole & two cables goes through hole in wall to chamber over side,it was these cut through again.
Second link shows chamber,& there plenty of space barley 15 metre away for a small cabinet by church wall.

I think possibly you can talk to BT Openreach directly if you want to get the cable moved? Because iirc I saw that there is a contact for a department that handles such things for people doing building work, so this might be basically the same thing and they could at least put you on to the right department. Otherwise it will mean talking to your 'phone service provider', that is, who ever it is that you pay your line rental to. If Openreach are jobsworths then they might say that to you. Toss a coin and maybe try one or the other first. The Openreach website might be the place to go for department contact info.

Sent OR a message,doubt I'll hear anything. :(

The problem is they need to get the cabling from the underground chamber to the top of the pole.
A cabinet 15m away won't help with that.
The only solution I can think of is they could protect the wiring as it leaves the pole to go through the hole in the wall.
I'm sure there are a number of types of "armour" they can wrap around sections of cable to prevent them being cut.

Some years ago I filled in a web form on the Openreach site re a cable that was repeatedly damaged by council hedge/verge trimmers. I received an email acknowledging the problem, and subsequent progress reports. It was fixed within a couple of weeks.
It seems now that the only option is to call them on 0800 023 2023.

Extend cable in chamber via ducting to a new cabinet sited by church wall, then extend cable from pole at bridge to another pole either new by cabinet or use existing pole by school, infact there already a thick cable between the two poles, a bit of work rearanging things, can't be that hard.
-
Expense of digging trenches for new ducting and the new chamber, a new pole and a small cabinet (what's the cabinet for?) or armour the frequently cut cable.

A nice new shiney small Huawei for all us at that end of village would be nice, would give a lot of peeps a decent speed bump. :)
Some years ago, kids use to use cables as a means to climb from road down on to canal path, better to completely remove cables.

There is an Openreach page with a header that says Report damage, vandalism or health and safety issues to Openreach (https://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/home/contactus/tellussomething/tellus.do). That might be a starting point.

Thanks :)
And just checked Roadworks.org, they will be clearing blockages in ducts from High Street & over canal bridge, hopefully this is a start to finally sorting continued problem. :fingers:
