Title: ds snr question??

Just wondered if the hot weather can cause any issues snr in general? - I was away for a week or so and had zero internet due to my ds snr falling to 1.5 for the entire time I was away.

still seem to be having some issues and speed has been falling back from 65 to now 63 over the last couple of days . I asked sky to check the line etc but as per usual no faults detected.......

Can the heat cause snr to collapse?

update.. dlm stepped in and lowered the sync again

No. That is not expected.

You seem to have lost your IPv6 connectivity, according to the TBB ping-box.

Everything else looks  :yuck:  At a guess I'll say iffy joint or an Openreach apprentice has been working on the infrastructure local to your home.

ok. cheers. It's been pete tong since the 10th july. Worst thing is every time I ask for a line test it comes back no faults found.. Had a bunch of ses as well  ???

The only suggestion I currently have would be to power down the CPE, disconnect the patch lead that connects it to the SSFP and leave the circuit inactive, to allow the DSLAM port to relax, for 24 hours.
