Title: NICC publication on operation of G.fast in VDSL spectrum

NICC (http://www.niccstandards.org.uk/) have recently published ND1520 V1.1.1 - Operation of G.fast below 17.7 Mhz in VDSL spectrum

It's a lengthy report on various ways to increase the rate/reach of G.fast, usually at the expense of VDSL2. I've not had time to study the report.
