I've found some interesting graphs on page 2.

Thank you for the link, but unfortunately I've had to remove part of the url.  Although the white paper itself is a genuine technical journal behind a paywall, part of the link included a 'self proclaimed pirate website' which bypasses the paywall process.

I've been blacklisted in the past for someone just talking about a certain site and it is extremely hard to get off those blacklists, so I'm erring on the side of caution.

@burakkucat what do you think about it?

I don't think anyone on here is going to pay $33 to legally read the document! For that reason don't expect any comment.

(and don't be tempted to send anyone a copy yourself unless you have the proper rights to do so!)

IEEE's core purpose is to foster technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity.

It could be argued that innovating to bypass that fee to discuss technology on a public forum, is wholly aligned with the IEEE's mission statement? :)

on [link removed] there is free access to this document. As I know this gateway is legal.

Konrado: Do not post links to pirate sites, and do not post documents obtained from pirate sites.

This is not negotiable.

the first pirate website in the world to provide mass and public access to tens of millions of research papers

Doesn't sound legal.

I'm quite annoyed that you re-posted that link which I had already removed on July 11th.   I said in that post it was a self proclaimed pirate site and I told you why.  Now roseway has had to remove the url again.

[removed part of my post with link]

Also you have been warned in the past.   B*cat reads all of your posts- if he feels he has something to add then he does so despite it taking up a considerable amount of his time as he has other things to do.  You've said in the past that you don't feel that it's putting him under pressure, but I know for a fact that it does.

Final word & warning - no more links to pirate sites and please stop putting pressure on b*cat.

....  and I should have kept my big gob shut about the above.

Notification in my email box this morning from Google (copy of which has been shown to the Moderation Team).
Now going to have to take this up with Google.   Not what I needed right now.
