For months, I think the beginning of the year I have had a downstream sync of 79999 but today I had a resync. Admittedly I was running a downstream SNRM of 0.8db with attainable of 73999. Today after the resync I am now syncing at 66799 @ 3.4dB. Here's my stats :-

Tried swapping VMG-1312-B10A but same sync or thereabouts. Worth a swap. Hmmm.

To me those stats look perfectly ok. With G.INP and 3dB on the downstream side I don't think you'll get any more speed.
Perhaps a new cross-talker has caused the reduction, but there's not much you can do about it if that has happened.
I'd be tempted to leave it alone for now as you know that the VMG1312-B10A gives good results on your line.

i've had my SNR unexpectedly change over a week ago as well, and did cause a resync. this led my line to be back to how it was last year, with an SNR of 29~, from ~25, and evidently caused by interference. how does your snr graph look? current SNR, HLog and QLN along your previous, you can upload all of this on imgur or other site. i'm saying this because it's easy to upload and there's no other stat that shows interference [not errors].

Sounds like a new crosstalker came online today.
It dropped your snr so low it caused a resync.
Looks like that crosstalker has taken about 8Mb off your line.

How does crosstalk manifest itself in other graphs?
By changes to the noise floor on the QLN graph?
Asking because I am seeing a drop in max attainable and SNRM, but can't see any discernible differences in the QLN graph.

Here is my QLN and HLOG for the more experienced in these things.

Slight increase to 67 after a manual resync. Also noticed upstream sync has dropped from around 17 to 14 would this also indicate a crosstalker. Either way cant see OR doing anything about it as it is within A and B estimates.

@ Banger, your attenuation is the same as mine but you've got a lot more download speed :) :) :) I must have quite a few neigbours camping on my line :(

@parkdale - you have neither G.INP or 3dB SNR on your downstream side (@banger has both) and these together give a significant increase in attainable speed.
