Today in the garden, in the shade, it was 27 C. No wind, very dry heat. Not good at all. Feeling horrible.

Stuck in my bed all day. Feeling pretty grim. I got Janet to change my fentanyl patch in the end and that plus some anti-nausea medication made me feel better.

Mrs Weaver says that it has been the hottest day in Skye for x years and will continue to be impossibly hot for the rest of the week. Orkney is the place to be according to a Google’s weather info, because there is partial cloud cover. Ain't still a bit too hot at the moment, but will be cooling down to 16 C maybe even 14 C at the weekend. Now that would be nice.

No air con. The fan works well but is incredibly noisy.
Last night was great, woke at 0430 freezing as a chill wind came roaring through the house and a vast blanket of sea haar came down from the north, up and over the Fireach Clach and down towards Loch Eiseort and the Linne Shléibhteach.

I wonder when this hot weather will end. I looked on the forecast for around here and its going to get even hotter on sunday. But temps will keep around the same all next week.
I think I prefer cold weather over hot weather.

Normally I get plenty of breeze at this altitude.
