Title: Jumbo madness - sanity check

In rfc 2675 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2675) sec 5.1 where it says ‘subtract 60’, should it read ‘subtract 66’? To allow for a 66 byte IPv6+TCP header that includes the 6-byte it’s-jumbo IP option, so 60 + (2 + 4).

Sanity check requested.

Please do tell me I’m going mad.
