Title: Very low SNR per end tones (only some synchronizations)

I've noticed it happen that there is very low power output on end tones. It is very rare but it is curious. What do you think about it?

I attach two bit-loading and SNR. One with normal SNR on end tones and second with very low SNR on end tones.
