Title: DSLStats running in tray with webserver?
Post by: psykix on February 27, 2018, 08:20:24 PM
I have installed DSLStats on my Windows 10 HP Geb8 Microserver which is on 24/7.

I tried using NSSM to install it as a service but it doesn't appear to work (it certainly doesn't upload the stats to MDWS)

Anyone else got it to work as a service?

Also, I cannot access the webserver despite enabling it (when just running as a normal app). I get a connection refused message. There are no internal firewalls enabled. I also cannot access the webserver from the machine the application is running on.

Ideally I want to run DSLStats with Windows and have it minimized into the system tray, and access the webserver from my desktop PC.

Any pointers appreciated!

Don't think DSLStats will run as a service, it requires a gui.

Webserver help http://dslstats.me.uk/webserver.html (http://dslstats.me.uk/webserver.html)

you require http:Youp win10 IPaddress:your port/combined.html (as per the help pages)
