Title: SKY FTTC Broadband diagnosis - Ping >700ms

Hi All, Can / should i use the same BT Wholesale tests for diagnosing my friend's SKY FTTC slow internet access.

Pings are in the 700ms region.

If they can enable ICMP pings on their router then I recommend running a ThinkBroadband BQM

It monitors the latency of the line every second and is great evidence for ISP's.
