Title: TalkTalk HG 635 - commands required to tweak SNR?
Post by: sallog on December 09, 2017, 11:41:04 AM
I have managed to Telnet but what commands are required to tweak SNR on TalkTalk HG 635 router?

I have tried few snr tweak commands from the net, but i am getting  "bad command"; I believe this router is based on the  Broadcom BCM63168 chipset; enlighting me if I am wrong.

Any help much appreciated.

I have sorted this:

To Configure:

>sh
(to getinto busy box)

>xdslcmd configure --snr 50
(-3db)

SNR range values:

65450    -12 dB
65500    -9 dB
1    -5.5 dB
50    -3 dB
100    0 dB
150    +3 dB
200    +6 dB

enjoy.
