Hi guys, I'm a new user in this forum.
My ISP give me a new router Zyxel 8823 B50 with a new vdsl profile support 35b.
The router have a Customize firmware and more setting from my ISP.
In the support site of Zyxel, I see a new firmware and download it, but the generic firmware don't start.
I had try contact the suppor zyxel and their response :
device's firmware has been replaced by the provider with one of its own production.
We are not able to help you on this device, and you can’t upgrade your router with official Zyxel’s firmware
You have to contact your provider for any update request.
Now, I saw in our topic a procedure for unbranded a old Zyxel 8324/8924.
This procedure is valid ofr my router and update a genirc firmware?
