BT Wholesale has published an updated price list (effective from 1st September 2017), which gives us a useful glimpse at the wholesale charges that UK ISPs will need to pay if they want to buy the operator’s 160Mbps (30Mbps upload) or 330Mbps (50Mbps upload) based G.fast broadband service.
A few months ago Openreach (BT) also published their first Early Market Deployment (EMD) prices for the new service, although a lot of ISPs will purchase the product via BT Wholesale rather than go direct to Openreach. The updated price list lists the two tiers as Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC) products, albeit G.fast variants rather than the more familiar VDSL2 options.

Interesting pricing. There is a big jump from the £19 160Mbps/30Mbps product, then jumping to £44 for the 330Mbps/30Mbps.
It's good to see price lists being rolled out.

Take note that for FTTP the ‘Transition Product’ means that you have to take it alongside an existing line rental service (WLR or MPF), while Data Only is just for the fibre.

What is "Transition"? FTTC 160Mbps G.fast £19 and FTTP 160Mbps [30Mbps upload] – Transition £19 being same price made me curious.

Take note that for FTTP the ‘Transition Product’ means that you have to take it alongside an existing line rental service (WLR or MPF), while Data Only is just for the fibre.

Slow news day?
The price list was published July 11th. The price lists are about the only thing on the BTWholesale website publicly available.

I think "transition" means that you pay this for the broadband/data element over fibre while there is also a WLR voice service being run over copper at the same time.
That, I think, is the meaning in the Openreach price lists. I haven't seen these BTW prices in context to know whether they include both elements, or only the broadband part.

I think the second-last price in your list is wrong.
For context, I think the lower FTTC package prices are:
FTTC 40/2 - £13
FTTC 40/10 - £14
FTTC 55/10 - £15
