Title: [NEED HELP] i need to access CLI on HG630 V2

hello

i got a new router Huawei HG630 V2 VDSL router.
i tried lots of things but failed.
everything is locked down even UART serial console !!!
telnet and ssh are enabled but no actual console behind them.

is there any way to decrypt the config file for this model, i have an old firmware image from the net but i dont know what to do.
is there a free hosted TR-069 ACS anywhere, it may work if i connected my router to it and tweaked the settings.

+1 Here I need to enable this settings, although I tried the method provided with the HG635 still not working, I have a decrypted config, and a dump of the firmware, anyone would like to help?
I've attached the dump so someone can work on it.

but i need help on gitting in the cli of this router too and how to decrypt its conf file
