Well they will lose another customer in 18 months time if there is some real competition around here. The possibility of Virgin coming here with their cable broadband will be food for thought. The only reason I signed up again for 18 months was that there is so little difference in what is currently available and being stuck with copper I might as well stay put and see what develops, it was no worth the hassle of moving for now.

I think they need to decide what their core business is and then concentrate on it. Provide significantly improved customer service and focus on supporting their customers and not hide behind excuses for doing nothing. In addition they have to ensure the highest quality infrastructure with the highest possible levels of security in their systems so as to minimise the possibility of hacking in future.

seems he wants to focus on been a budget provider again so we can expect aggressive pricing in the future.

Maybe some more lobbying from TT to ofcom as well to help them achieve that pricing.
