Is a new docker for samsung devices that have a usb-c port, that allows you to turn your phone into a pc/tablet. This is something I think should have been done 5 years ago but finally a manufacturer has brought out such a device. It has connectivity for hdmi on it, not sure about the other connectors as I only seen a small shot of it but basically allows a keyboard and mouse to be connected as well as a pc monitor.
Sadly wont work on anything but the s8 and s8+ as they the only samsung devices that have usb-c ports. Only got my s7 a few months back, so with a min 2 year cycle will be a while. Although my issue with the s8 is I dont like edge displays and tiny bezels which the s8 has.

The Galaxy A5 2017 also has a USB-C port. I bought one quite recently. I can't find any reference to DeX working with it though.
