Hi,
Fist post so be gentle ;)
I've been on BT Infinity 2 (80/20) since just before Christmas when I moved into a the property, I was more than happy when I got this:

I'm now down to this, I've lost over 10 Mbps

Problem is I just seem to be losing speed over time, I've got an unlocked Huawei 612 but I have to say I'm abit of a newb and have no idea how to translate the stats.

Welcome to the forum.
The usual reason for losing speed over time with VDSL2 is crosstalk, that's to say interference from other users whose lines are in the same bundle as yours. If additional crosstalkers have come on stream since Christmas, that would explain your issue. There's nothing you can do about this (unless you can persuade all your neighbours to give up their internet connections :) ).
Your stats look good - you have G.INP enabled on the downstream side, which reduces your downstream errors to near zero. FECs don't matter, they're errors which didn't happen. The upstream errors are quite reasonable, and of no concern.

What estimated A range does http://www.dslchecker.bt.com show for your line?

For some reason it comes up with
"There is no data available for this number. This could be either because it is not a BT line or it is a new BT number that has just been provided. Most new numbers will appear on the checker 24 hours after BT has installed the line."
DSL Checker has worked before with this number so I think it's just having a "Friday" moment :)
That said when I ordered I got the following:

Your stats look pretty good to me. Huawei cabinet with G.INP so no sync lost to interleaving. You have a healthy SNR of 5.9dB. You are synced at 69 2mb with a max attainable of 67.0mb so a resync right now would probably lose you another 2mb.
The loss of speed since signup is most likely down to crosstalk. It's pot luck if and how much crosstalk affects you, though most lines are impacted by it. 10mb is well within what we see from other lines. If another line in your bundle of lines signs up to a VDSL2 service then it could get worse. At the same time if someone cancels their service it could improve.
At the moment all lines have a down/up 6dB SNRM target. Soon there will be a new downstream SNRM target being applied to some lines on Huawei cabinets. If your line meets the standards required then a 3dB SNRM target on your line could see it improve by "upto" 11mb using WWWombats rule of thumb. This is due to be rolled out across the country sometime in March. I've no idea what DLM will require a line to meet in order to use the new 3,4 & 5dB SNRM targets but nothing stands out from your stats to say it couldn't handle a lower target SNRM.

Your basic line characteristics are quite similiar to mine and my connection has been nice and for stable years. As the others have mentioned, I too suffered from a loss of speed over time but G.INP has helped. I admit I'm rather pleased to find someone with similar stats. Are you uploading stats to https://www.mydslwebstats.co.uk (https://www.mydslwebstats.co.uk) by any chance?

Yes in fact at first I was using a Billion 8800NL, then I moved to the HG612, I had already lost then 10Mbps before moving off to the Huawei though.
The sync speeds between the 8800NL and the HG612 were almost identical.

I see that's a bit of a backward step going from BCM63168 8800NL to BCM6368 HG612 thats is strange seem to gain 5mbps with the 8800NL connected to a Huawei cabinet

Have you not considered the FTTP option? You are more likely to get the maximum speeds, and depending on your ISP not likely to cost any more!

FTTP on demand costs thousands to get installed and is around £300 per month rental.

I hope you don't mind, but if your looking at yesterday's speed figures on BT, I can confirm that our normal speed as shown in samknows, was down by 6mb.
Today, samknows shows speed as been where it normally is
This is on a hg612

54Mbps is way below "The minimum guaranteed speed you can expect from your BT Infinity will be 64Mb." which I got when I took my contract out. When I called BT they insisted that I have a HH6 connected, problem is a gave it to my father in law as I use an unlocked Huawei HG612, is that true or are they just fobbing me off.
Should I just buy a HH6 and reconnect in order to let them test?
At these speeds I might as well downgrade to BT Infinity 1

Most ISP's will require you to use the supplied Modem/router that was given to you under the contract terms & conditions so any Broadband fault investigation by them will require that modem/router to be connected to your line.

The minimum guaranteed speed will be in terms of sync speed / line rate, not speedtest results, so you're still getting 58Mb, not 54Mb.

Cleaner managed to unplug the HG612 today even though it has a bit red sticker on it saying "do not uplug" :'(
With a SNR (dB): 7.6 shouldn't I be getting better than "Downstream rate = 57863 Kbps"?

More like 60-61mb with the current snrm and attainable. The line may have resynced while it was a bit noisier.
The max attainable is pretty accurate on the HG612 with G.INP enabled so you can use that as a rough guide to the lines current state.

Swapped back to my Billion 8800NL from HG612 and I'm now getting
