Title: Does anyone know the phases for cabinet installations?

I was looking up my local area of codelook and was looking at the phase column of the fibre cabinet list.

I noticed that most of cabinets were put in on Phase 08a 2012.

The last cabinet installed was put in on april 2016. It's the only Huawei in the area and its at Phase BDUK Manchester 14b. This cabinet only serves 81 properties.

I was wondering if there is an actual phase list anyway public?

Not that I'm aware of. I would expect that you be commercially sensitive data not released in bulk. It would be very time consuming to make such a list from the likes of codelook.

Phase 08a 2012 is part of the commercial rollout. Up until 2015 all the commercial cabinets on my exchange were ECI. All the BDUK cabinets are Huawei here. The newer 2016/17 commercial cabinets are all Huawei too now. It appears OpenReach no longer install any ECI cabinets, under any circumstances.

The Phase numbers appear to go up in numerical order over time. This is the different phases from my exchange

Phase 10a 2013 
Phase 16b 2014
Phase 18b 2016
Phase BDUK Scot Government 15a 2015
Phase BDUK Scot Government 16b 2016
Phase BDUK Scot Government 17b  2016
Phase Privately Funded 18a 2016
