Title: Hyperoptic and Cityfibre et al - what about wholesaling?

Do these FTTP specialists offer wholesaling ?

I wonder if it would be a good idea to offer them some public investment cash, but only on condition that they do offer wholesale access to their networks. (An earlier poster suggested this a short while ago, not related to these providers specifically though.) What do you think?
