Had a similar thread a while back which turned into a bit tech thing really, so hope it's OK to ask again :) "Resolved" my issues with the current ISP so...
Looking to move away from my current ISP and upgrade to FTTC at the same time.
Ideally a bundle would be best to keep things simple so line rental, FTTC and an evening weekends call package.
We use about 50gb/month at the moment which is mostly streaming TV etc.
Exchange is Colwyn Bay https://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/WNCB.
Happy to pay a bit more for decent customer service within reason.
Max 12 month contract.
What say you?!
