Sense telecom at sensetechnology.co.uk has today been issued with a formal notification of breach of copyright and given 14 days to respond.
The article in dispute is "Increase your ADSL speeds" which is a direct copy of http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/socket.htm
Objections of unauthorised copy of the original works have been made on the grounds of:
(a) Without having contacted the original author to obtain permission to copy.
(b) Without giving due credit to the original author.
(c) Without crediting the source site of where the information has been copied from.
(d) Without arranging a license for the use of the material.
(e) Removing watermark and using images belonging to kitz.co.uk without permission.

It is site policy to name and shame any websites found in direct breach of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Very clever how they have taken time to remove watermarks from my images, yet still use my source code and css :-X
example
<p align="left"><span class="kitzsmall">Pins A + B for adsl extension<br />
Pins 2 + 5 would be used for telephone extension as normal.</span><font size="-2"><br />

The article in dispute is "Increase your ADSL speeds" . . .
One quick look and I had a sense of "where have I seen that, before now"! :o
They've even used the image that Clarity (https://www.claritybroadband.co.uk/) had granted you permission to use. :-X

Robbing Bar Stewards !!!
The links are still there to pages that do not exist .......(they did not rob!!)
i.e. router linestats, that goes to frogstats.php on kitz and becomes a missing file on their site !!!! :)
Great coincidence of using the same filename.

There are some rum folk in Stoke, well Hanley in this case but it doesn't rhyme. Potteries anyway.

Lazy :-X can't even be bothered to write their own article!
Kitz only one of your pictures has a watermark and that was very easy to remove, I simply selected the area directly below and copied it upwards in paint.net.
A water mark like the one attached will be a lot harder to remove, I followed the simple guide here (http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/paintnet/ss/text-watermark.htm#step1) to add that. No doubt there's automated programs for adding watering marks to speed things up.

Referring to the article linked to previously, Paint.net is a really nice free friendly tool, written in the .Net framework, so it can be compiled for x86-64 boxes for example.

Thanks guys. Ronski/weaver - I shall certainly bear that in mind in future. Thank you.
I think I was more amused that they had removed the watermark, but not bothered to change the source.
Its gone now.

I had to recheck for myself and was amused to see, as attached, below --
