Title: hand little tool for limiting bandwidth

Just thought i would contribute to sharing and stop being a leech :P

bandwidth limiter nice little program works with meny things  and good for not hogging down your bandwidth

i use it for other reasons  its called netlimiter had no problems with it.

Yes, thats the one but i found older versions better for my needs :p  i don't no if there is any freeware versions i never tryed them

Yes, I've been using NetLimiter v1.3 for a few years now.
As it does everything I want from it, I don't see the need to upgrade.

Only monitor is freeware, the app to do the actual bandwidth limiting costs

I only spotted it as being a Free DL and did not look into it's capabilities.
