Hi

My name is Helen, i'm 23 and have recently started a career in IT.  I've wanted to do it for 7 yrs and finally got the chance and am now working for an ISP. 

I will be on here lots in the future for support and help troubleshooting because i've got a lot of improvement and knowledge to gain. 

I adore anything IT and i'm so thankful for finding this site as troubleshooting can be the devils work!!  >:D

Welcome, Helen.

You should be able to find lots of info on here and on the main site too.

Don't be afraid to ask if you have any questions about anything on here.
